Structural Survey of Site

Today structural engineers carried out a survey of the site. This was vital to ensure our plans could progress. Good news is they said everything is looking ok

More progress yesterday as structural engineers carried out an essential survey of the pier and pre-existing building. Pier Road extension was built in the 1950s, replacing a wooden structure built in 1912!

First look from the engineers indicates everything is looking okay but we will await their full report.
